Peaches ‘n Cream Smoothie
Ingredients:
1/2 cup Vanilla Almond Malk or other gum free almond milk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
1 scoop Cowbow Colostrum (optional)
1/2 Cup 5% fat Greek yogurt
3/4 cup Organic Frozen Peaches
1 tsp raw organic honey
Instructions:
Start by putting the almond milk, vanilla, colostrum, and greek yogurt into the blender, followed by the frozen peaches and honey.
Blend on high until all the ingredients are mixed well.
Serve in a mason jar or your favorite cup.
I like to put it in the freezer for 15 minutes to get it really cold and thick. If you enjoy a thinner consistency, feel free to add more Almond milk in 2 tbsp increments. With just the perfect amount of sweetness and creaminess, this tastes like ice cream! This sweet treat is sure to brighten your day as it’s a little piece of summer! Making this smoothie really makes me feel like I am spoiling myself. Peach smoothies are not often found out and about, so I thought it would be fun to share this recipe!
