Welcome to Feminine and Free!

Welcome to Feminine and Free! My journey with F & F began after graduating college, a time when I expected to have complete clarity, yet I found myself lost and overwhelmed by future possibilities. I could finally live on my own and start a career! I didn’t have to feel dependent on anyone else, for the first time in my life. So, why didn't this feel good? Why did my newfound independence lead to a  shallow sense of satisfaction, quickly crashing down with the weight of new responsibilities and expectations? Not gaining much clarity from the world around me, I realized that the advice I received and the path I would set out on would need to be shaped keeping my specific design as a woman in mind. This set me on a search for wisdom to help me understand my feminine nature better.

While femininity means various things to different people, I believe it to be helpful to concisely describe it. Femininity is the result of women understanding their innate strengths and cultivating abilities that build off of these so that they can be at peace, content, and use their innate characteristics to encourage others.

It keeps in mind that the genders have distinctive abilities and work together as a beautiful complement. Femininity is not divisive or antagonistic, but rather unifies and includes. Femininity celebrates women's ability to love, create, and beautify what is given to them!

I began this blog out of a deep desire to create a wealth of resources for women of all ages to holistically reignite the femininity within themselves. We live in a world that encourages women to lead with their sexuality, adopt consumerist tendencies, and ignore their feminine qualities. Using a blend of ancient and modern wisdom, I highlight topics central to feminine thriving to  bring about satisfaction, greater intuition, and a sense of community amongst women.

I am so glad that you can join me in the journey of developing our femininity, a highly valuable and lost virtue of our times.

With love,

Jessi
